COVID-19 Opening Hours & Safety

In accordance with the Australian Government guidelines Eco Tile Factory will stay open until advised otherwise. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.

For the safety and health of our customers, staff and community we are:

• Regularly cleaning phones, computers, surfaces, benches and handles with antibacterial wipes.

• Hand washing regularly for at least 20 seconds.

• Avoiding touching our faces.

• Providing customers with hand sanitiser stations at the entrance and instore.

• Encouraging Tap and Pay where possible.

• Maintaining social distance of at least 1.5m apart. Sometimes that means restricting customer numbers in the store.

To minimise your store visits, we suggest planning ahead by:

• Doing some online research.

• Exploring our online tile selector and inspiration pages.

• Taking measurements and photos of your tiling project.

• Call 08 8363 4666, or email info@ecotilefactory.com.au – for any questions in advance.

• Email in advance or bring floor plans / drawings to your store visit.

If needed, we are also happy to accommodate solely by phone, email, photos and mailing samples.
